SENIOR PATTERNMAKER
📍 Durban

We are currently seeking a professional Senior Patternmaker to lead and manage a busy Patternmaking Department. This role requires a strong technical expert with leadership ability who thrives in a high-pressure environment.

🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in Lectra Modaris
✔ 3D pattern making experience (highly advantageous)
✔ Strong technical and garment construction knowledge
✔ Proven management / leadership skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop master production patterns across various size ranges & silhouettes
• Create and maintain basic blocks for multiple fabric types
• Interpret design sketches into accurate digital patterns
• Ensure patterns meet fit, construction & quality standards
• Review garments for fit, workmanship & improvements
• Advise on pattern engineering & alternative construction methods
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams
• Build and maintain a digital pattern library
• Finalise and refine patterns for production readiness

💰 Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
