🚛 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and grow key client accounts
✔ Handle daily customer queries & logistics requirements
✔ Coordinate cargo collections & deliveries
✔ Ensure on-time delivery of shipments
✔ Provide accurate updates and feedback to clients
✔ Track shipments and manage reporting
✔ Liaise with transporters and operations teams

✅ Requirements:

✔ Road freight industry experience
✔ Parcel Perfect system knowledge
✔ Minimum 3+ years customer service experience
